SATHAPANA Bank Plc. is a license commercial bank which more than 168 offices are operating in 25 provinces and cities in Cambodia. To widely expand its products and services, now SATHAPANA Bank Plc. is seeking for qualified candidates to fulfill required positions below:
- Call Center Officer (03 Positions)
- Solving customer complaints and suggestions via phone calls, and e-mail related to bank’s products and services to ensure all complaints from customers are solved effectively and reached the high level of customer satisfaction.
- Recording and consolidating all related complaint, inquiry, or suggestion reports for line manager.
- Analyzing and reporting all suspects related to fraud transactions to Senior Call Center Officer.
- Handing customer requests, suggestions, and constructive feedbacks to process with the highest secure verification on Card Activation, Deactivation, and Reactivation
- Verifying and Performing cardholder’s requests for both increase and decrease of daily limited credit
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and Banking or other related fields.
- At least 2 –year-experience in banking services, and contact center are preferred.
- Good at both spoken and written English.
- Able to stand by and work on rotations.
- Willing to work with customer complaints, pressures, and feedbacks.
