Job Description

Phnom Penh Commercial Bank (PPCB) is a licensed Bank operating in Cambodia since 2008 and offers a full range of retail and commercial banking products and services. Now we are looking for high quality motivated candidates to fill in the different positions in our bank for more branches expansion with the details as follows÷

  • Call Center Officer (3 Positions)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Check card amendment request form (Credit Limit Adjustment, Block Card and Release Card, etc.)
  • Process the card amendment request
  • Process Active/Suspend/Revoke/Close Card follow customer call request
  • Monitor card activities and authorization (ATM & VISA card)
  • Follow up reject transaction, suspicious and high risk relevant transaction (MOTO/ Ecommerce/Recurring Payment)
  • Prepare daily card authorization reports
  • Support Cardholder troubleshooting
  • Fulfill other tasks assigned by Card Centre Manager and Management
  • Assist internal task in Card Centre with involving department
  • Fully support all the bank campaigns and marketing activities
  • Excellence in customer service.
  • Input Data (New card)
  • Prompt response to internal and external customers’ enquiries over the phone.
  • Address customer queries related to bank procedures and products.
  • Solve customer complaint and problem or refer them to appropriate department for solution.
  • Handle back office related work.
  • Do/Telephone marketing relate to Deposit and Loan Product
  • Update to Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Required language proficiency: Khmer, English, Chinese (Optional)
  • Knowledge of customer services principles and practices
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical process
