From the first step of identifying the most suitable hospital to ensuring the patient’s safe return home, we provide compassionate, transparent, and professional support every step of the way.
- Patient Support: Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and messaging; explain treatment options, process flow, timelines, and costs.
- Hospital Coordination (India): Liaise with partner hospitals and doctors in India for appointment scheduling, medical opinions, cost estimates, and treatment calendars.
- Medical Visa Assistance: Coordinate with the Embassy/High Commission for medical visa letters, documentation, and appointment facilitation.
- Travel & Accommodation: Work with travel agencies to book flights and with hotels/guesthouses in India to secure patient accommodation at negotiated rates.
- Local Outreach & Liaison: Meet local doctors, clinics, and hospitals in Cambodia to promote company services and establish referral relationships.
- Case Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records (CRM/Excel), track case progress end-to-end, and prepare weekly activity and pipeline reports.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure confidentiality, proper documentation, and high service standards throughout the patient journey.
