Currently, we are looking for some potential candidates to fill in below roles.
- Senior Officer, Business Operation Support
- Develop new and revise existing policies and SOPs for bank’s products and services.
- Regular review of existing policies and SOPs against the business objectives and the relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare training materials and provide training course for new/revised policies and SOPs.
- Design and implement bank’s application forms for branch operations.
- Manage and maintain existing and outdated policies, SOPs and application forms.
- Conduct annual training courses related to banking products and services.
- Conduct post-training online questionnaires and survey interview with stakeholders regarding to new/revised policies and SOPs.
- Perform evaluation and identify needs of control and/or process improvements on existing policies and SOPs.
- Provide supports to branches on daily operational processes and up-to-date information on bank’s products and services.
- Manage and monitor user roles and permissions in relevant systems as per implemented policies and SOPs.
- Other duties assigned by Head of Department.
- Bachelor Degree in Banking or other related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience in commercial bank or MFI.
- Knowledge of banking operation and product/service development.
- Good organizing and project management skills.
- Integrity and innovation.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Chinese language is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical know-how.
