- Head of Credit Marketing
- To support credit application process with accordance to credit policy and guideline.
- To lead the team to work comply with the policies which are stipulated by Senior Management.
- Operations
- Checking Credit Proposal/ Credit Review/e-Proposal/e-Memo, including newly applied, renewal OD, additional loan.
- Credit renew, credit review, covenant ate informed by CAD for monthly basic.
- To develop a market strategy to satisfy customer needs: To be achieved the target, set up a business plan; Market of industries, position& location, promotion & pricing strategy, Management of risk.
- Improvement loan product’s quality as well as interact with customers in possible solution to solve their different financial problem.
- Researching and analyzing market to identify marketing position.
- Assessment of credit proposal to minimize credit risk.
- Coordination with related department
- To conduct regular training either on the job or class.
- Education: at least bachelor degree in banking & finance or equivalent in relevant field.
- Work experience at least working experience with financial institutions from more than 5-7 years. Familiar in banking operations.
- Language skill: English and Chinese both are preferred
- Certificate: At least bachelor degree or master degree is more advantage
