- To prepare monthly progress claim to the client.
- Co-ordinate of site valuation with consultant Q.S.
- To liaise with consultant regarding the certificate to be issue.
- To write correspondence letter to all party.
- To call for quotation.
- To claim Variation Order works and to request consultant to issue instruction regarding the V.O works.
- To attend meetings with Client/Consultant/Sub-contractor for the information and coordination works.
- To evaluate the subcontract changes and prepare variation order to subcontractor..
- To review Main-Contract documents for scope of work, contract requirements and alternatives.
- To finalize project accounts with Clients and Consultants for completed projects.
- To prepare EOT submission and loss & expenses
- claim for Client.
- To resolve 'FIDIC' contractual issue.
- To prepare the cash flow to Client.
- Good at English and Chinese Mandarin.
- Familiar with FIDIC contract and experienced in Contract Manager
