Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Keep relationship and continue engage merchants (after sale relationship engagement)
  • Manage merchant overall relationship, incl complaints to support e-Sale team
  • Be answerable for relationship management with corporate Merchants. Assign smaller merchants to the branches in PP to be the RM
  • Make weekly report to SMT on merchants visited
  • Engage rapport with corporate merchants target segment
  • Provide for KHQR creation both with internal sales team & Massive Distribution (MD) Project Management
  • Be responsible for dissemination of KHQR materials – bill books, standees, QR skins etc., to the merchants
  • Be administer KHQR merchandizing order and supply to all branches
  • Handle Merchant’s group Telegram
  • Other tasks as assigned by his line Manager/Management, where necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business IT, Management Studies or equivalent
  • At least 02 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required language(s): Ms. Office, English and, or Chinese language will be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Sound problem solving skills with high flexibility
  • Ability to manage many tasks at the same time
  • Ability to identify the issue and digital resolution skill
  • Mobility to travel from time to time, as and when required
