PPCBank is a licensed Bank operating in Cambodia since 2008 and offers a full range of retail and commercial banking products and services. Now we are looking for high quality motivated candidates to fill in the different positions in our bank for more branches expansion with the details as follows ÷
- Call Center Officer (5 Positions)
- Check card amendment request form (Credit Limit Adjustment, Block Card and Release Card, etc.)
- Process Active/Suspend/Revoke/Close Card follow customer call request
- Monitor card activities and authorization (ATM & VISA card)
- Follow up reject transaction, suspicious and high risk relevant transaction (MOTO/ Ecommerce/Recurring Payment)
- Support Cardholder troubleshooting
- Prompt response to internal and external customers’ enquiries over the phone.
- Solve customer complaint and problem or refer them to appropriate department for solution.
- Do/Telephone marketing relate to Deposit and Loan Product
- University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
- Fresh graduated or work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
- Computer literacy
