PPCBank is a licensed Bank operating in Cambodia since 2008 and offers a full range of retail and commercial banking products and services. Now we are looking for high quality motivated candidates to fill in the different positions in our bank for more branches expansion with the details as follows ÷
- Manager of Customer Satisfaction Unit (2 Positions)
- Support for branch visiting and evaluation over customer service at all branches
- Make consolidated evaluation report for CS KPI branch performance quarterly
- Support for individual evaluation for each tellers regarding to the performance of customer service
- Support to monitor over lived chat and Facebook chat responsiveness for all call center staffs
- Support to monitor over voice record observation for all call center staffs
- Make consolidated evaluation report for CS staff performance at call center department
- Support to conduct service training for all tellers, loan staffs, other front and back office staff.
- Monitor customer service complaints and compliments from all channel (Call Center Department, Suggestion Box at Branch, Consumer Complaint Management Unit, QR Service Feedback)
- Support to solve all the complaint cases regarding to customer service with all related
- departments/branches
- Investigate and monitoring all branches through CCTV camera
- Support to innovate the concept of service training and updated material
- Additional main task assign by manager
- University degree in Finance and Banking, hospitality or equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 3 year of working experience in financial industry, insurance or hotel and tourism
- High proficiency spoken and written of English
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
- Committed, hard-working, and honest individual;
- Willing to work under pressure
