- Senior Manager, Trade Sale
- Initiate business products feature and selling strategy and communicate new products/solutions to internal and external customers.
- Process, Issue and Confirm trade finance products and services.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis on business products advantage and propose plan for modification to stay strong in competitive ability.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to put in place and improve products operational processes including Trade Finance and Payment transactions.
- Present business product training and mentoring to internal staff.
- Lead and coaching subordinate to performance daily task efficiency to support department business development.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree/ Professional Qualification in accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent, Diploma in English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience banking services / trade finance/ international payment.
- Very good customer services skill.
- Microsoft office literacy.
- Proactive, flexible, and good team player.
- Integrity, confidentially, and willing to work in a flexible time.
- Good command of written and spoken of English (Chinese is a plus).
