This is an assistant role of leader for sales and business development.
This position must be assist by the purpose of empowering Business Associates to succeed in their businesses.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Daily deal with customers by telephone and face to face
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up with customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Request office supply.
- Assist case such as request stamp on seminar letter, request earing confirmation letter for leaders request, license request from leader.
- General task in office (add and change customer’s information)
- Update daily check report.
- Other task will assign to assist in case urgently.
