អិលអូអិលស៊ី (ខេមបូឌា) ភីអិលស៊ី គឺជាគ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុធំមួយ ក្នុងចំណោមគ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុធំជាងគេនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលមានទស្សនវិស័យសង្គម និងទិសដៅអាជីវកម្មដែលផ្តល់ឱ្យសហគ្រិន និងក្រុមគ្រួសារដែលស្ថិតនៅកម្រិតមូលដ្ឋាន ពីរ៉ាមីត នៃសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គម នូវឱកាស សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរជីវភាពរស់នៅ និងសហគមន៍ របស់ពួកគេឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងតាមរយៈ ការផ្តល់ឱ្យអតិថិជននូវសេវាកម្មហិរញ្ញវត្ថុប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងនិរន្តរភាព។ អិលអូអិលស៊ីមានភាគទុនិកចំនួន៣ គឺក្រុមហ៊ុន LOLC Micro Investment ក្រុមហ៊ុន Developing World Markets (DWM) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន TPC ESOP។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន អិលអូអិលស៊ី កំពុងបម្រើសេវាកម្មដល់អតិថិជនជាង២១៨ ០៥៣នាក់ ដែលមានផលប័ត្រឥណទានសរុបចំនួនជាង១៩៧លានដុល្លារអាមេរិក។ ដើម្បីជួយគាំទ្រនូវដំណើរការពង្រីកអាជីវកម្មយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័សរបស់យើងខ្ញុំ អិលអូអិលស៊ី ត្រូវការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកជាច្រើននាក់សម្រាប់ការិយាល័យកណ្តាល និងសាខាខណ្ឌ ខេត្ត និងស្រុករបស់ អិលអូអិលស៊ី ដូចតទៅ៖

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Leasing Products and Policies Development;
  • Take initiative in developing leasing products and policies that meet market demand;
  • Conduct market research and propose new finance lease products that will address clients’ needs and contribute to the profitability of clients and LOLC operation;
  • Ensure policies/ guidelines/ procedures/forms are well disseminated and trained to branch office staff and being a focal point person for policies interpretation;
  • Lead new related credit product testing and rollout;
  • Monitor and evaluate risks associated with finance lease and recommended mitigation strategies to Senior Management;
  • Setting and Monitoring Sale Target;
  • Take lead in introducing, driving and penetrating leasing products in to the market;
  • Develop business plan and annual sale target (clients, portfolio, and portfolio quality) for leasing products;
  • Monitor leasing sale target to ensure it is achieved as plan with high portfolio quality;
  • Build strong business partnership with dealers/supplies to promote leasing products and boost sale volume;
  • Develop and support promotion and sale strategy at branch level;
  • Ensure good customer service and high client retention rate;
  • Regulatory Compliance and Networking:
  • Work closely with NBC and regulatory authorities to ensure legal compliance;
  • Build strong relationship with local authorities aimed at regularly gathering and updating information exchange on business sector situation in Cambodia;
  • Staff Capacity Building and Management;
  • Develop training materials and conduct training on leasing products, policies, procedures, forms, evaluation process, sales strategy and credit risk management to Leasing Officers, Branch Management and other relevant responsible staff;
  • Lead and coach Leasing Officers in coordination with Branch Managers to assess the cash flow and risks of all types related to business implementation;
  • Visit branches regularly to evaluate Leasing Officers’ finance lease evaluation skills and sales strategy implemented at branch level;
  • Assist HO CreCom in screening the related loan application from branches;
  • Take immediate actions to improve all weaknesses of Leasing Officers and other relevant staff and management of the branch; and
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably required by his/her supervisor and/or Senior Management.
Job Requirements
  • At least two-year experiences in developing and managing finance lease products;
  • At least bachelor degree in finance & banking, business administration or any other related field;
  • Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking abilities;
  • Have sense of ownership of assigned projects and associated results. Ability to manage multiple high priority projects and work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team;
  • Familiar with survey methodologies and techniques on all kinds of businesses & trade & commerce and service;
  • Have good entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills;
  • High integrity and strong commitment to improving the standard of living of Cambodian poor people;
  • Very good skill in reading and writing English; and
  • Willing to travel extensively.
