- អគ្គនាយកផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ (Chief Finance Officer) (០១នាក់)
- Provide executive management advice the implication existing.
- Maintain strong positive relationships all members the management team all stakeholder.
- Monitor evaluate annual capital operating budgets ensure are line PF’s business strategy.
- Develop both short term long term strategies.
- Manage processes financial forecasting, budgets consolidation reporting.
- Review hardware software purchase maintenance contracts recommend best options approval.
- Develop financial policies, procedures, accounting system, ensure it implemented in line NBC regulation and international standard.
- Lead, Manager, organize, and prepare daily finance transactions ensure that transactions are recorded properly, accurately, and timely.
- Lead, Manage, organize, monitor, check daily transactions to ensure that transactions dual control briefly report CEO
- Lead, Manage, organize, Monitor, Prepare daily, monthly, yearly financial report Management report Management, Board Director properly timely
- Lead, Manager, recruit evaluate staff under control properly transparency
- Organize, Conduct training staff under control regularly, properly ensure that can do work effectively
- Assist accounting in preparing NBC reports, tax declarations, NSSF’s routine process filling system
- Lead, Manage, Monitor cash flow meet need using cash operation
- Lead, Manager, Check accuracy repayment, petty cash balance cash on hand with other banks
- Lead, Manage, Maintain accounting files, ordering supplies documentation
- Lead, Manage, Monitor, Control, Evaluate Budget Plan vs actual achievement monthly, quarterly annually check variances actual result
- Perform other tasks ordered by CEO
- Cambodian Male/Female.
- BBA accounting, finance banking, MBA, ACCA, CFA preferable.
- Min 05 of working experiences in financial work Management level within MFI retail banking sectors included NBC.
- Good understanding Cambodian Standards (CIFRS) international Standard (IFRS).
- Excellent decision making capabilities team management
- Strong negotiation skill
- Very understanding commands written spoken English and Khmer.
- Excellent computer literate especially (Access, Excel, Words, Internet, Email, any applicable system etc).
- Willing to learn, adapt new things.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Good explainer to listener.
- Be accurate transparent accounting procedures.
- Can work under pressure difficult conditions.
