Job Description

Fresh Innovation Cambodia is a social enterprise established in 2014 to promote the sustainable development benefits for advance clean cooking solutions. With the support from social investment fund, Fresh Innovation Cambodia is scaling the program across 10 Cambodian provinces in 2017.

To achieve this goal, Fresh Innovation Cambodia is looking for candidates whose experience with leadership and implementing in different location.

  • Provincial Operation Manager (POM)
    • Basic: 400$-600$
    • Result Based Incentive: 800$-2,000$

Working Hour: Monday-Friday (for all positions)

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Leadership, and managing the team
  • Plan, organize, group meeting with potential families and educate them about renewable energy.
  • Identify community leader and work closely to obtain a good relationship with villagers are involved in the project.
  • Selection of key stakeholders with scalable of project objectives
  • Conduct public awareness for green environmental
  • Coordinate with local authority to build a strong image and brand of FIC within the target community.
  • Participation in local events held by community businesses and organizations.
  • Conduct surveys and research on market opportunities
  • Identify community training and development requirements to take advantage of market opportunities.
  • Provide advice on market analysis and competition opportunities
  • Product development and identification of target markets
  • Conduct site visits and monitor results based performance.
  • Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirements
  • Association, bachelor degree, with communication, public relation, sales& marketing, experience is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication practice would be an asset
  • Understand scope of execution and prioritization
