The Sihanouk Hospital Center of HOPE seeks to recruit a qualified candidate to fill the position below to work in the Accounting Department.
- Accounting Clerk
- Prepare and record payment vouchers in Peachtree Quantum
- Assist Senior to prepare Weekly Cash Requirement Forecast
- Monitor and reconcile Accounts Payable
- Prepare and record Monthly Prepayments
- Assist in Internal Audit as required by Supervisor/Team
- Assist senior staff to prepare Cash Requirement Forecast
- Organize and file vouchers
- Participate in Fixed Asset Sighting
- Participate in Inventory count
- All completion signed documents are filling in ordering maner
- Check all requisition for office supplies
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is an advantage
- Computer skill (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Experience of working related to Finance is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Good spoken and written English and Khmer
- Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to the job
- Able to work both in a team work and independently
- Willing to contribute and help in improving the work place
- Honest, friendly, cooperative, flexible, respectful, and reliable.
