First Finance Plc, a joint venture established between First Home Plc, Singapore-based Phillip Capital, and Luxembourg-based Insitor Fund SCA, is the first and only finance company in Cambodia specializing in house financing for low-medium income Cambodian households. As the company is growing, we are now seeking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions.
- Customer Service Officer
- Performing over-the counter cash and non-cash transactions
- Handling general customer in-branch and phone enquiries
- Collection of loan payment and fee charges
- Perform concierge role or front desk customer service
- Mail delivery and logistic arrangement
- General administrative and secretarial tasks
- Perform other duties as required by line manager.
- Teller experience is an asset but not required
- Pleasant personality and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good command of Khmer and English (both read and write).
