- Relationship officer (For Japanese desk) (02 Positions)
- Building and maintain relationship with Japanese customer at a higher level, understanding customers’ need and recognizing opportunities for cross selling and increase sales
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Assure the communication throughout its reporting line has been done well
- Be willing and ready to contribute and assist where needed
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the line manager
- Bachelor in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Management, Administration, Law, Business or related field
- Excellent critical thinking and solution-oriented
- Have experience in banking(Sale experience is preferable)
- Good at mathematic, organizing, leadership, marketing and communication skills
- Good English for communication skill
- Good Japanese for communication skill (Relationship Officer for Japanese desk)
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skill
- Computer Literate (Ms Office and Accounting Application)
- Be patient, hard working and able to work under pressure
- Honest, Strong and healthy
