Hattha Kaksekar Limite “HKL” is a leading microfinance institution, providing Credit, Savings, Local Money Transfer, ATM Service, Mobile Banking Service and other financial service, and operates with 25 provinces-cities in Kingdom of Cambodia. To respond our progress, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position as below:
Position : Branch Manager (01 post)
Location : Oddar Meanchey Provincial Branch
Post Date : May 08, 2017

- Maintain the quality and quantity of credit as standard and defined plan.
- Maintain the saving portfolio as defined plan.
- Guaranty the collaboration and effectiveness of subordinates’ performance.
- Guaranty the performance of subordinates complied with the policy and procedure.
- Leading all operational activities at branch.
- Accuracy of report (accurate, enough, on time and effective).
- Safety and effectiveness of cash repayment.
- HR Planning, Participating in the recruitment process of HR for entire vacant posts.
- Manage branch expenditures and institution’s asset usage.
- Participate to maintain the honor, reputation and working culture of HKL.
- Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in management and loan.
- Excellent management and communication skill.
- Honestly and high commitment
- Proficiency in Computer and English literacy.
Remuneration :
- HKL provide the competitive salary based on knowledge, skill and experience. We offer the monthly salary plus Insurance Allowance (Health & Accidence), Annual Bonus, Incentive, Pchum Ben Bonus, 13rd Month Salary, Uniform Allowance, Provident Fund, Annual Leave, and other benefit as stated in HKL policy.
