- Remittance Sales Officer (1 Position)
- Analyze the customer database.
- Develop the sales plan.
- Sell and promote payment service.
- Attract new customers.
- Maintain relations with existing customers.
- Train and guide the relevant staff in branches.
- Increase the volume and income of payments and remittances.
- Monitor changes and trends in payments and remittances.
- Monitor products and promotions of other local banks (related to payment or remittances).
- Keeping the existing TPP licenses and filling for new licenses.
- Be able to achieve the target plan.
- Filling documents.
- Assist and support CSA, RMs with any issue raise to head office.
- Bachelor degree in Banking, economic, finance or marketing.
- At least two years’ experience in banking products sales.
- Knowledge and understanding of local market.
- Knowledge and understanding of local bank.
- Strong communications and presentation skills.
- Strong PC user skills.
- Written and oral English is a must.
- Experience in payments to remittance in a plus.
*Note: Positions : Micro Business Loan Officer, and Senior Relationship Manager
