La Plantation – Kampot Pepper is a Cambodian company producing high-quality organic Kampot pepper and distributing it in Cambodia and abroad. As the production grows each year we are looking for a sales agent to develop the business in Phnom Penh. Our existing clients include shops, hotels and restaurant that work with tourists and expats.
The sales agent will be in charge of developing the client base in Phnom Penh, Kampot and Sihanoukville areas.
- Identify potential customers that match with our target audience
- Raise awareness on La Plantation brand and products among industry leaders and business owners in Phnom Penh, Kampot and Sihanoukville
- Identify and meet with the decision maker to present our product range
- Close deals with new clients
- Manage orders , delivery and payment with new clients
- Follow-up with existing clients on their new orders , deliveries and payment
- Support the sales team on other tasks to develop the business locally
The agent will be based in Phnom Penh with monthly trips to Kampot and Sihanoukville.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Previous experience in sales is expected
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Starting date: March 2018
- Contract: 1 year full-time contract
- Fixed monthly salary + commission on sales
- If sales target is reached, the total salary can reach $650. Commissions are not limited: the more you sell, the more you get!
