Phnom Penh Commercial Bank (PPCB) is a licensed Bank operating in Cambodia since 2008 and offers a full range of retail and commercial banking products and services. Now we are looking for high quality motivated candidates to fill in the different positions in our bank for more branches expansion with the details as follows.
- Risk and Compliance Officer
- Work with Compliance in preparing monthly risk management report;
- Access and analyze risks by category of market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk and operational risk;
- Prompt report of risk positions and provisions of advice resolution of critical issues;
- Re-access risk control self assessment (RCSA) within the bank and cross departments and branches;
- Update RCSA with regards to their changing risk profile for each department and branch;
- Perform root-cause and trend analyses of issues to prevent recurrence;
- Ensure that all the principal risks in the Bank are assessed and rated according to the impact and likelihood of occurrence;
- Identify control and provide recommendation to prevent, mitigate, transfer, or avoid the risks that might be exposed to the bank.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory provisions especially National Bank of Cambodia’s regulation and Prakas regarding risk management by established the monthly and semi-annually NBC’s checklist;
- Attain the goal directed by the Head of Risk Management and Compliance.
- Oversee the tasks assigned to staff that whether they are following procedures or not, and meet the deadline;
- Regularly review and coach the staff on the job training.
- Special Order/Mission from director in charge
- Door to door marketing.
- Tele marketing.
- Participate in the Team Campaign on Saturday Marketing.
- Maintain good customer and refer customers to appropriate staff for new services to promote business for the bank.
- Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
- Local Candidate is priority;
- At least 1 years work experience in related field with the banking job (Priority);
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
- Willing to work under pressure;
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Computer literacy;
