Position : Consultancy- Project Coordinator for Implementation of Social Accountability Framework (ISAF)
Location : Mongkol Borei District, Banteay Meanchey Province
Salary & Benefit Package : Consultant Package Fee
I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The District Project Coordinator- ISAF will ensure the effectiveness and successful implementation of social accountability initiatives in the target district, in cooperation and collaboration with both Area Program (AP) and local partners (NGOs and government).
- To provide good coordination over ISAF implementation with local partners NGOs and government
- To provide good management on ISAF by facilitating the learning among the ISAF partners and regular report to provincial coordinator
- To ensure the quality of ISAF implementation with regular following up and monitoring.
- To prepare implementation plan and budget for ISAF by ensuring the donor requirement are met
- To build and maintain relation and partnership with local partners to carry out the ISAF
- University Degree in public policy, law, sociology, international relation or other related fields
- At least one year of professional experience in managing advocacy activities or community development program
- Experience in project and budget management is the value added.
- Good understanding of advocacy issue in development context
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Khmer and English
- Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to embrace organizational values towards the mission of WVI
