Position : Monitoring and Evaluation for Cambodian Sustainability for Business Development Project (CSBD)
Location : Phnom Penh
Salary : USD 749– USD 937
I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To establish monitoring database for project and provide capacity building to staff of Cambodia Sustainable Business Development (CSBD) in all project target area and lead the processes of project Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Work with Monitor and Evaluation (M & E) team and learn from best practices of others to identify the appropriate monitoring and learning systems for the project
- Lead the development and implementation of M & E tool and database for CSBD project
- Provide capacity building and coaching to Monitoring Officer on M & E tool and database
- Consolidate project statistic and Agriculture Cooperate report into system and database and generate and interpret them into narrative report or reserve in hand to be ready when if needed
- Lead project staff for conducting baseline, mid evaluation or necessary survey
- Monthly track the progress with zonal M & E and consolidate report for manager in monthly basis
- Lead regular reflection with project staff especially M & E to maintain a comprehensive database with Zonal
- M & E
- Consolidate semi/annual report for the project and review Information Education Communication (IEC) materials and documented for project such as MSC, lesson learnt, video, case study developed by Monitoring Officer and submit to Senior Project Manager
As part of the World Vision International-Cambodia mandate requirements for new staff, all candidates who are offered job are required to produce Local Police Clearance Certificate prior to date of joining in the organisation.
- Bachelor Degree or training in monitoring & evaluation, or program/project planning
- At least 3 year experiences in program/project planning and/or design, monitoring, and evaluation
- Demonstrated competency in implementing assessments/evaluations
- Familiarity with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s policies and programs aimed at improving economic of Agriculture Cooperative
- Good analytical/problem solving skills and details orientation
