Job Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Visit the actual and conduct on site visits of customer’s property
Survey the price of the surrounding areas, and provide accurate valuation result
Collect analysis data, and legal evaluation of the customer’s property
Examine and note the property details information and its condition
Review verify property documents
Conduct market research on properties within Phnom Penh and Province
Report to the management of any change in the real estate market
Prepare valuation report
Other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree: Land Management/Real Estate
At least 2 years experiences in Real Estate Field, or related fields
Knowledge on Cambodian Real Estate Market
Good level of writing and communication of Khmer and English
Work with honest, initiative, flexibility, commitment, and good inter personal skills
