- Initiate and establish business relationships with auto dealers, distributors, agents, etc. for referrals of customers to the Bank for financing under approved consumer credit product programs. Such relationships will cover new and used cards, civilian and commercial vehicles, motorbikes.
- Recommend commission, fees and incentives to dealers and our own sales staff (as appropriate) for the mutual benefit of both the dealers and the Bank.
- Manager issues and problems arising from the referral arrangements so as to ensure the continuation of such relationships.
- Manage and resolve credit, product, operational and customer issues between the Bank and the dealers and to facilitate their speedy resolution.
- Make regular calls and visits to dealers and initiate periodic promotion programs to nurture and sustain dealer relationships.
- All other duties and matters ancillary to the above that Management may require from time to time.
- A respected individual in the auto industry with good relationships with dealers and a good working knowledge of auto finance.
