- ជំនួយការរដ្ឋបាលក្នុងការរៀបចំពាក្យបណ្តឹងតាមសាខា និងឯកសារចាំបាច់ផ្សេងៗទៀត
- ជួយតាមដានការងារផ្លូវច្បាប់មួយចំនួនទៅតាមការណែនាំរបស់មន្រ្តីផ្នែកច្បាប់
- ក្នុងករណីចាំបាច់ ជួយតាមដានការងារ និងរៀបចំឯកសារផ្សេងៗរបស់នាយកដ្ឋានអាជីវកម្ម
- សរុបផែនការចុះបេក្ខកម្មរបស់ក្រុមការងារនាយកដ្ឋានអាជីវកម្ម
- បំពេញការងារផ្សេងៗទៀត ទៅតាមការណែនាំរបស់នាយកដ្ឋានអាជីវកម្ម
- មានបរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកច្បាប់
- មានភាពបត់បែនក្នុងការងារ
- មានទំនួលខុសត្រូវលើការងារខ្ពស់
- ចេះប្រើប្រាស់ភាសាអង់គ្លេសបានល្អ
