PTM Travel & Tours Co., Ltd is one of the well-known travel agents in Cambodia. And now we are urgently seeking for dynamic and qualified candidates to fill a part of position below:
- Customer Service 01 position
- Greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing guest appropriately
- Answering screening and forward the incoming phone call
- Update calendar and schedule meetings
- Preparing meeting and training room
- Follow up and negotiate with customers, suppliers, and other departments
- Provide latest up-to-date information from airline to customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other task assign by Director during high season
- Freshman or Bachelor degree encouraged to apply
- Professional, friendly, hard-working, and willing to learn
- Computer literate (including typing documents in English and Khmer)
- Able to maintain composure under pressure
Working time: 8:00am to 12:00am and 1:30pm to 5:30pm
Working day: Monday to Saturday
