- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; manage pipeline and improve conversion rates.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to expand patient acquisition and market presence.
- Business Development: Build referral networks with local doctors, clinics, corporates, and insurance partners in Cambodia.
- Market Expansion: Identify new partnership opportunities and explore new treatment destinations.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Actively handling the marketing leads.
- Patient Facilitation: Coordination between Patient and Hospital for arranging the medical referral letter for applying medical visa.
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in sales, preferably in the medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare services, medical treatments, or pharmaceutical products.
- Network & Connections: Established relationships with hospitals, clinics, and doctors in Cambodia.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Khmer and English.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in meeting sales targets, negotiating agreements, and closing deals.
- Professionalism & Ethics: High integrity, confidentiality, and patient-centered approach.
