Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Communicate daily with customs authorities and customers
- Handle customs clearance operations at Airport, PNH Port, and SHV Port
- Register and process declarations in ASYCUDA, NSW, and CVD systems
- Prepare, review, and manage import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, licenses, C/O, valuation, permits)
- Coordinate with internal teams on import and export procedures
- Resolve clearance issues, inspections, and document amendments
- Prepare weekly reports and perform other assigned duties
- Others task assign by supervisor
Job Requirements
Work History:
- Experience in logistics or customs clearance for 1 year as a minimum
- Valid Customs Broker License
- Strong knowledge of customs laws and clearance procedures
- Workable English communication skills (Chinese is a plus)
- Ability to manage tasks independently and support team operations
- Hardworking, honest, and detail-oriented
