Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
- Replace defective parts and components.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Keep maintenance records and reports.
- Follow workplace safety procedures.
- Support emergency repair work when needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, business administration, or related field.
- At least in mechanic management (experience in agriculture is preferred) for 1 to 3 years
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
- Experience in vehicle or equipment repair preferred.
- Ability to work in field conditions and travel as needed.
- Honest, thorough, good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and responsible.
