Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- The role reports to the Sales Support Supervisor and responsible for sales support functions to support sales team.
- Create customer’s profile to input it in the itinerary, and prepare the quotation after receiving the inquiry from the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify their needs and provide strategic support to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with operations team to check the supplier’s service according to the customer’s need.
- Keep responding & updating the inquiry in all channels for all concerned departments.
- Keep updating all contract rates to the pricing models.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
