Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of an organisation's information systems and digital strategies.
  • Directing the design and development of systems related to the acquisition, storage, processing and delivery of business-critical information.
  • Providing advice to organisational leadership on new technologies and strategic system conversion to ensure seamless integration and continual efficiency.
  • Working with various functional teams for optimal integration of all systems and processes, facilitating information sharing and workflow.
  • Monitoring changes in the technology sector to determine potential impact on organisational strategy and operations.
  • Managing system-related projects, including upgrades and new implementations.
  • Adhering to company privacy and security regulations such as ISMS , ITMS , AIMS , CSMS , SOC and others
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management or a related field (or equivalent professional training)
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in Information security or 7 years QAQC in software production environment or other related working experience or 5 years working experiences in SOC compliance
  • Certification: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor highly preferred .
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of ISO 27001/27002 controls and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) frameworks
  • Skills: Strong project management, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement .
Soft Skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Khmer.
  • Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, highly structured and organized, and willingness to learn.
  • Willing to commute to industry zones, oversea and travel within the country.
