APLE Cambodia is a child protection and child rights NGO founded in 2003, dedicated to combating the sexual abuse and exploitation of children across Cambodia. Our mission is to strengthen social and legal mechanisms that protect children at risk and those affected by abuse. As part of a newly funded project, we are seeking highly qualified professionals for the following positions to help implement the project’s objectives.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate trainings for children, caregivers, and youth leaders.
- Support community risk mapping and action plans.
- Strengthen referral pathways and coordinate with hotline and services.
- Track outputs/outcomes and gather feedback ethically.
- Ensure safeguarding at all activities.

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work/psychology, law/criminology, public policy/governance, management, social sciences/public health).
- Advanced degree preferred for senior/lead roles.
- 4-7+ years managing programs, budgets, donor reporting, and staff supervision for Leadership/Lead positions.
- Program oversight and staff supervision
- MEL and reporting
- Safeguarding, ethics, and data protection: Willingness to sign and comply with APLE’s Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Code of Conduct, and Confidentiality policies.
- Digital and data skills: Proficiency with office productivity tools; familiarity with MEL/data visualization tools and secure case management systems; information security best practices.
- Languages: Communicable in both written and spoken English; Khmer fluency is an asset.
- Attributes: Mature, committed, trustworthy, humble, active team player, strong motivation, flexibility, openness, creativity, and resilience.
