The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Cambodia are looking for Cambodian national to fill the positions below:
- Monitoring
- Implement the project Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) plan.
- Conduct routine field monitoring to verify implementation quality.
- Collect, compile and verify project data from staff and partners.
- Ensure data are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
- Conduct routine data quality checks and field verification.
- Maintain indicator tracking tables and beneficiary databases.
- Monitor project progress against approved workplans and targets.
- Data Management
- Manage project databases using LogAlto, KoboToolbox and Excel.
- Support digital data collection and data cleaning.
- Produce simple dashboards and summary reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure management of project information.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy project records.
- Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual monitoring reports.
- Support donor reporting requirements.
- Track project indicators and achievements.
- Prepare tables, graphs and summaries for project reports.
- Document success stories, case studies and lessons learned.
- Prepare in draft the monthly, quarterly progressive reports and annual report both performance report upload in LogAlto and document report in narrative provided templated by ADRA- Australia.
- Learning and Accountability
- Support reflection meetings and quarterly learning sessions.
- Assist in documenting lessons learned and good practices.
- Support beneficiary feedback and complaint mechanisms.
- Promote accountability to communities throughout implementation.
- Assist with baseline, endline and other project assessments as required.
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Epidemiology
- Monitoring and evaluation for 2 years as a minimum
- Experience working with NGOs or development projects.
- Experience in community health, nutrition or NCD projects is an advantage.
- Experience working with Provincial Health Departments, Operational Districts or Health Centers is desirable.
- Experience with donor-funded projects is an asset.
- Good understanding of MEAL principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Kobo Toolbox or similar mobile data collection software.
- Experience with Log Alto or willingness to learn.
- Good report-writing skills.
- Ability to conduct field monitoring independently.
- Excellent Khmer (spoken and written)
- Good English (spoken and written)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Pursat Province.
