  • Business Support and Marketing Officer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Marketing Promotion:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the business.
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Client and Partner Communication:
  • Contact clients and partners to schedule meetings and networking events.
  • Maintain a database of client and partner contacts and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Prepare and send out meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up emails.
  • Material Preparation:
  • Prepare marketing materials for various campaigns and events.
  • Develop training materials for internal and external training sessions.
  • Ensure all materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Handle any other tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, client communication, and administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
