Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements;
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms;
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews;
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams;
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs;
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices;
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
  • Othe tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition;
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices;
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software;
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks;
  • Excellent communication, time-management skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality, work independently and as part of a team.
