Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordination of Import/Export Operations
- Manage end-to-end import and export processes
- Prepare and review shipping documents and custom declarations
- Communicate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and international trade laws
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade agreements and tariffs
- Liaise with customs authorities for inspections and documentation
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate shipments to meet demand
- Prepare inventory reports and conduct regular audits
- Coordinate with warehousing team to optimize storage solutions
- CustomerServiceandCommunication
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding shipping queries
- Resolve issues and disputes related to shipments
- Provide updates to clients on shipment status and delays
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Chinese - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field as a minimum
- Import/Export Coordinator in Logistics and Transportation industry, Logistics Specialist for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
- Logistics and Transportation for 1 to 2 years is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
