Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Record daily financial transactions (income and expenses)
- Prepare vouchers (Payment Voucher, Receipt Voucher, Journal Voucher)
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Reconcile bank statements and cash balances
- Monitor petty cash
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing system
- Bank Reconcile at the end of the month (ABA, ACLEDA USD/ KHR, Chip Mong Bank.etc.)
- Prepared purchase request and purchase order
- Handle refill sub-stock with other departments.
- Handle Check cash count sheets/ daily sale with localized daily
- Prepared payment to supplier according to credit terms
- Handle Stock Counting (SUPPLIES) every 1st of each month
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 6months to 1year of experience in accounting or stock control
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Honest, responsible, and organized
- Good communication skills
