The Ajinomoto Group has established a presence in 22 countries and regions throughout the world in order to expand its business operations in food products, amino acids, pharmaceuticals, and other fields. At present our products are sold in over 130 countries and regions, and we have plans to both expand to new markets and further broaden our product lineup.
AJINOMOTO (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. is the newest company in Ajinomoto Group established in September 1, 2009 according to the law of Kingdom of Cambodia. We currently employ more than 220 staff in various positions and responsibilities.
- Support new product development and existing products improvement according to company and customer requirements.
- Conduct cost reduction activities and evaluate raw materials, packaging materials, ingredients, and alternative suppliers/materials.
- Conduct trial production, commercial trials, stability/shelf-life, and quality evaluations when required, and summarize the results.
- Prepare and maintain R&D documents and reports, including test plans, test results, product specifications, etc.
- Continuously improve R&D methods, procedures, and working efficiency.
- Perform other R&D tasks assigned by the R&D Supervisor/Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in food R&D, QA/QC, seasoning, food ingredients, food manufacturing, or food packaging is an advantage.
