Job Description

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

  • Admin/Accounts Officer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Draft and follow up on official correspondence and internal/external documents in both Khmer and English.
  • Provide basic translation of documents between Khmer and English as required.
  • Handle public relations and external communication in Khmer related to administrative or financial matters (e.g. liaising with government offices, vendors, service providers).
  • Support Senior Management in monitoring and ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and government requirements.
  • Prepare and file tax declarations and other statutory submissions (both online and in person) as required by Cambodian law.
  • Make purchases and process payments for approved items such as office supplies, utilities, and other operational needs.
  • Coordinate and attend events, training sessions, or meetings related to administration, HR, accounting, finance, or taxation.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for all accounting and administrative documents (e.g. quotations, invoices, receipts, bank slips, contracts).
  • Support in petty cash handling and routine bank transactions as needed.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciling accounts under the supervision of the Senior Management.
  • Liaise with external service providers (e.g. auditors, tax agents, suppliers, etc.) as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting/Finance or HR.
  • 1-2 years experienced as an Accounts & Finance or HR functions, administrator, or relevant position.
  • Proficient in MS Office of word and excel, outlook, knowledge in accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent speaking and writing abilities in Khmer and English.
  • Flexibility and perseverance; Rigorous, methodical, and responsive
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in FMCG companies
  • Comfort working in teams as well as acting independently
  • Self-starter with positive 'can-do' attitude
