AMK Microfinance Institution Plc. is one of the largest microfinance institutions in Cambodia. AMK serves a large number of over 600,000 customers with more than 2,500 staffs nationwide.
- Report to : Agricultural Economist
- Collect, recruit and update supply chain actors in responsible area
- Provide training to village bank president related to the agricultural platform project
- Promote and support the project implementation on daily basis
- Monitor implementation of the project and provide feedback to line manager
- Respond daily to any issues such as agricultural techniques/problems raised by project beneficiaries including farmers and supply chain actors
- Communicate and build relationship with government and nongovernment institution especially related to agriculture sector for collecting data and information, getting technical supports (expert, content materials, etc.,) and updating
- Report to line manager on timely basis
- Contribute in updating implementation strategy and planning
- Other required tasks
- Bachelor or an equivalent university degree in agricultural economic and rural development, agronomist, other related to agriculture sectors (fresh graduate is acceptable)
- Excellence in communication with farmers and other stakeholders along supply chain both government and nongovernment institution
- Knowledge and understanding related to ICT (more preferable)
- Good at computer skills (word, excel, ect.)
- Willingness and capacity to carry out fieldwork involving significant travel to rural areas
- Honesty, positive attitude and ability to think creatively, as well as good communication with other and can work independently without close supervision
- Have good interviewing skills and abilities to carry out research survey
AMK provides competitive salary package to its employees with multiple bonus and other benefits, including Khmer New Year bonus, Pchum Ben bonus, incentive, pension fund, 100% medical insurance for employee’s spouse and dependences for local treatment, 24 hours accident insurance, staff loan for education purpose with only 2% interest rate per year, USD 300 bonus for both maternity or paternity and up to USD 600 if surgery required, 18 days annual leave, capacity building per job requirement, and good working condition in accordance to the Cambodian Labor Law.
