Job Description
VDB Loiis a leading International legal and tax advisory firm with ten partners and over 100 lawyers and tax advisors, with offices in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Bangladesh, and representatives in Singapore and Tokyo. Our credentials on international taxation are unique in the region – we have extensive experience with corporate, regional tax structuring and other international tax issues.
VDB Loi is looking for qualified candidates to fill for the position below:
- Junior HCM Solutions Consultant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Support the sales and implementation of cloud-based HCM software to HR and business decision-makers
- Understand clients' HR workflows, challenges, and goals to tailor software demos and proposals
- Deliver clear and engaging product demonstrations to HR teams, executives, and business owners
- Assist with client onboarding, training sessions, and basic configuration of HCM systems
- Prepare and translate proposal documents and presentations as needed (English and Khmer)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure successful adoption of the software
- Keep up to date with HCM trends, tools, and compliance changes in Cambodia
Job Requirements
- Cambodian national with 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (generalist, admin, or recruitment roles preferred)
- Strong interest in HR technology and digital transformation
- Excellent verbal and written English; Khmer fluency required
- Confident presenter with a professional, engaging manner
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (experience with any HRIS/HCM software is a bonus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
