Job Description

Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC) is a non-profit organization providing free medical care to children in Siem Reap. AHC is looking for positions below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage and steward a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, ensuring consistent engagement, follow-up, and accurate record keeping
  • Work closely with the AHC Visitor Centre to engage visitors, capture donor interests, and ensure timely, personalised follow-up to convert visits into long-term donor relationships
  • Coordinate donor visits, meetings, and in-country engagements, acting as a focal point for logistics and internal alignment
  • Maintain donor pipelines, contact reports, and stewardship actions in Salesforce
  • Act as a liaison between fundraising, finance, communications, and operations to ensure smooth donor experiences and high-quality proposals and reports
  • Support the Fundraising Team with administrative tasks such as purchase requests, physical asset tracking, and producing communications collaterals
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications, international development) or equivalent professional experience
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with donors and partners, with an understanding of different donor motivations and communication styles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Soft Skills
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organisational abilities
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently to agreed goals and targets
  • Adaptable and flexible to the changing circumstances and needs of the role, including the flexibility of working hours to ensure coordination with key colleagues and donors in different locations and time zones.
  • Able to work under pressure such as meeting key projects and reporting deadline
  • Strong team player, able to work collaboratively across departments and with senior stakeholders, while also taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • Ability to work well both within a team and independently in a challenging and fast-moving multicultural environment
