We are looking for qualified candidates to fill for the positions below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about tours, bookings, and services
  • Assist customers with reservations, changes, and troubleshooting
  • Log customer interactions and maintain records in the database
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Skills & Knowledge:Soft Skills
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Flexibility to work either shift (morning or afternoon)
