Job Description
This Entry level role includes scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, over-the-counter sales, emails, Facebook engagement, handling payment, and front office and reception area maintenance and more.
Work and learn with our team across 7 hospitals in South East Asia in the only international licensed Vetenary Hospital in Cambodia.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain a warm and professional appearance
- Good problem-solving skills with compassion and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states
- Multitasking and basic computer skills
- Show your love to all animals, the small, the large, the furry, the ones with scales, the ones with wings, the ones that slither, We see them all.
- Schedule appointments and procedures
- Check-in clients
- Monitor client flow from check-in to discharge
- Client call backs
- Assist in cleaning the hospital including but not limited to: keeping reception desk area and lobby clean and sanitary, taking out the trash and recycling, exam rooms, kitchen and kennels if needed
- Process payment transactions
- Relay appropriate information to/from clients to doctors and/or management
- Reminder Calls (appointment and surgery)
- Client Communication on all active channels
- Computer skills: Able to use Windows based computer systems, word processing, email, web search and other skills needed to effectively use the practice management software program
