Job Description
Founded in 2015, Apsara Agri Supplies is a leading provider of aquaculture solutions in Cambodia. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize financial performance
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Recruit, train, and coach the marketing and technical teams
- Oversee logistics and sales operations to ensure timely delivery and technical support
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand outreach to new clients
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular updates to management
- Prepare monthly and annual sales reports for senior leadership
