Job Description
Founded in 2015, Apsara Agri Supplies is a leading provider of aquaculture solutions in Cambodia. We are committed to advancing modern, scientifically proven farming techniques that improve success rates for aquaculture operations. Our offerings include premium feed, fingerlings, medicine, and equipment, along with expert support in disease prevention and farm management.
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize financial performance
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Recruit, train, and coach the marketing and technical teams
- Oversee logistics and sales operations to ensure timely delivery and technical support
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand outreach to new clients
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular updates to management
- Prepare monthly and annual sales reports for senior leadership
