Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition:
  • Designing and executing recruitment strategies for all resort departments.
  • Actively sourcing talented local and international candidates.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes:
  • CV screening,
  • Interviews,
  • Evaluation of hard and soft skills,
  • Hiring recommendations to management.
  • Ensuring quality of hires, not just speed of recruitment.
  • Onboarding and employee integration:
  • Designing and implementing consistent onboarding programs.
  • Ensuring every employee:
  • Understands their responsibilities,
  • Knows apsara resort standards,
  • Understands workplace rules and accountability.
  • Cooperating with department managers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Training systems and competency development:
  • Designing and implementing training systems
  • Operational,
  • Quality-focused,
  • Communication-based,
  • Sales-oriented.
  • Planning regular and supplemental training sessions.
  • Identifying employee potential and planning development paths.
  • HR COOPERATION WITH DEPARTMENTS
  • Front Office / Reception / Guest Relations:
  • Recruitment of staff with high personal culture and communication skills.
  • Training in premium guest service and communication.
  • Performance accountability for service quality and standards.
  • Spa & Wellness:
  • Recruitment of therapists and wellness staff.
  • Verification of qualifications and professional attitudes.
  • Training in hygiene, ethics, and service sales.
  • Restaurant / Food & Beverage / Events:
  • Recruitment of service, kitchen, and event teams.
  • Building stress-resistant, team-oriented staff.
  • Training in teamwork and service standards.
  • Garden & Landscaping Department:
  • Recruitment of landscaping and maintenance staff.
  • Enforcing regularity and quality of work.
  • Building accountability for resort aesthetics.
  • Technical / Maintenance Department:
  • Recruitment of technicians and maintenance personnel.
  • Implementation of response and maintenance standards.
  • Accountability for response times and repair quality.
  • Sales and Marketing Department:
  • Recruitment of sales and marketing specialists.
  • Evaluation of strategic and project-based competencies.
  • Cooperation on KPIs and motivation systems.
  • Management Team:
  • Recruitment of middle and senior management.
  • Evaluation of leadership competencies.
  • Supporting managers in team leadership and conflict resolution.
  • Employee Canteen:
  • Supervision of cleanliness and organization of the canteen.
  • Cooperation with F&B regarding hygiene standards.
  • Enforcement of shared-space usage rules.
  • BASIC MANDATORY TRAINING
  • Applicable to all employees, regardless of department and scope:
