Job Description
Apsara Tours is a Travel Company specialize as an Inbound Tour Operator/ Destination Management Company since 1990. As Covid ease of now and travel has picked up, we URGENTLY need to recruite the following position to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle B2B travel inquiries from international agents (email, WhatsApp, phone).
- Prepare customized tour quotations based on client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of service.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and conversions to achieve sales targets.
- Product & Operations Coordination
- Work closely with operations and reservation teams to confirm services.
- Ensure accuracy of itineraries, pricing, hotel availability, and supplier confirmations.
- Prepare client proposal documents and make adjustments based on feedback.
- Market Knowledge & Development
- Understand the company’s products, destinations, and pricing structure.
- Keep updated on industry trends, new attractions, hotel promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in sales events, webinars, and trade fairs when required.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work with contracting, reservations, and accounts teams on necessary updates.
- Manage bookings in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure correct documentation, rooming lists, and handovers to operations.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English is required
- Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality (preferred but not required for junior positions).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
- Good customer service attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
