We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Support the accounting team in day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Assist in filing and organizing accounting documents, both physical and digital.
  • Handle collection, sorting, and verification of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Help update accounting records such as vouchers, receipts, and payment files.
  • Assist in preparing basic schedules or data needed for month-end closing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments when collecting required documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation flow and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the accounting team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree in or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with the team.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is an advantage.
