Job Description

Arakawa Co., Ltd. was found and established in 2008 by a Japanese investor and property developer, operating five projects, including:

Bellevue Serviced Apartments (luxury apartments for short & long stays)Arakawa Residence (1st affordable housing project)Arakawa Management Co., Ltd. (property management service provider)Arakawa Town Square (shop lease and office space)Arakawa Residence 2 (2nd affordable housing project)

Bellevue Service Apartments is looking for a Cambodian candidate to fulfill the position below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Find new customer and corporate clients
  • Follow up with potential customers
  • Build good relationships with companies and agencies
  • Prepare contracts
  • Follow up on renewals for long stay guests
  • Handle complaints politely
  • Understand and respond to their requests
  • Build good relationships with residents
  • Work with front office, housekeeping, maintenance and accounting
  • Execute other tasks as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) as a minimum
Work History:
  • Experience in sale and customer service, property management, hospitality for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • A related supervisory role (preferrable experience with serviced apartments).
  • Verbal and written proficiency in Khmer and English (and/or other languages)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, e-mail, internet and other application.
Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
